I created SAITOS because the organizations that do the most for their communities are often the last to get help with new technology. Small nonprofits, schools, and local offices are being told to adopt AI, without the time, staff, or guidance to do it well.
My work sits between the technical and the human: understanding what AI can and can't do, writing the guardrails that protect people's data, and training teams so the tools actually get used. I believe every successful organization needs people at its center, and AI should make their work lighter, not replace them.
